Mother’s Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. declares its anti-corruption policy in accordance with ISO 37001:2016
(Anti-bribery management system) as follows:
The company strictly prohibits bribery of any kind, including but not limited to monetary gifts,entertainment, favors, and gifts,
to stakeholders, and it does not engage in any corrupt or illegal activities.
The company establishes and operates an anti-corruption management system and continuously improves it in accordance with
its anti-corruption policy. Additionally, all employees sign and abide by its regular anti-corruption and ethical management pledge.
The company grants the anti-corruption officers the authority related to anti-corruption and ensure their independence.
All employees are required to immediately report to the company any situations in which they may have violated anti-corruption
laws or regulations. The company keeps the identity of the reporter confidential and ensures their rights.
The company may take disciplinary action according to its regulations if an employee violates this policy or related laws and
regulations and fails to take reasonable measures to prevent such violations.
Acts of receiving bribery, entertainment, or other benefits from stakeholders related to job duties
Acts of obtaining undue benefits or causing harm through the abuse of authority or intentional misconduct using job title or position
Acts of misusing company assets or information or obtaining undue benefits
Acts of violating the anti-corruption policy
Acts that undermine a healthy corporate culture, such as sexual harassment, verbal abuse, physical violence, neglect of duties, or abuse of authority
Acts of violating relevant laws and regulations, such as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the Act on the Prohibition of Illicit Solicitation and Graft, the Fair Trade Act, and voluntary compliance regulations
